so tomorrow im gonna try again to add some healthy habits to my eating
i feel like im always just starting again but its ok
at least im trying
so 3 goals
1 drink more water
2 get to bed early
3 no food after 7pm
so lets see how this one goes
lol i keep failing but i keep tryin so i guess thats somethin good.
i have been doing really really good about going to the gym i have went at least 3 times a week for 7 weeks
its the food part that is hard for me
i love food
but i need to start loving more food like healthier foods
so lets try again
